Loy Loveless

Loy Loveless, CPP, has been a payroll professional for over 20 years. With experience in the financial, healthcare, and aviation industries, Loy's experience includes both national and international payroll responsibilities. Currently, she is payroll manager for Ryan LLC, a domestic and international tax consulting service in Dallas, TX.

In addition to her corporate responsibilities, Loy is a member of the American Payroll Association and has been active in the Dallas Payroll Chapter of the American Payroll Association for 20 years. Most recently she served as public relations director for the 2010-2011 year and is currently serving as the chapter's treasurer.

Loy holds an Associate's Degree in Accounting and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Dallas. She has been certified as a CPP since 1993.

As a committed payroll professional, Loy is dedicated to effective communications and strong interdepartmental relationships, particularly between human resources and payroll.
